Darren has been servicing our viscometer for over 10 years, originally as a service engineer at Brookfield. We have always appreciated his standard of service and expertise, so when he started his own venture with VLS it was a straightforward decision for us to move our service contract over to VLS. We have always found Darren to be highly reliable, and the level of communication received has always been excellent, sending reminders of when the service is due and is always prompt issuing calibration certificates. Over the last few years, since Darren has expanded his service portfolio, he also performs the calibration and service of our balances, which we are equally happy with.
